Helps alleviate muscles that are fatigued or injured from overuse. This massage combines deep pressure and trigger point release techniques. Recommended for those with stiff necks, low back tightness and shoulder pain.

This massage will help rejuvenate your changing body. Given in a side-lying position, with safety and comfort in mind. Specific techniques are used to relieve your tired muscles. (MUST BE IN 2nd or 3rd TRIMESTER TO RECEIVE MASSAGE)
